인권단체 국제사면위원회(Amnesty International) 설립 50주년을 맞이하여 발매된 밥 딜런 트리뷰트 앨범이다. 아울러 2012년은 밥 딜런 데뷔 50주년이 되는 해이기도 하다. CD 4장에 여러 아티스트가 녹음했거나 라이브로 연주한 밥 딜런 곡을 73곡이나 수록하고 있고, 수익금 전액은 단체에 기부된다. 조니 캐쉬, 패티 스미스, 다이애나 크롤, 스팅, 마크 노플러, 레니 크라비츠, 엘비스 코스텔로, 존 바에즈, 브라이언 페리, 폴 로저스, 에릭 버튼, 마이 케미컬 로맨스, 마룬 파이브, 케샤, 아델 등 다양한 아티스트를 만날 수 있다. 「I'm Not There Soundtrack」이 마음에 들었다면 더 반가울 앨범이다. 모르는 곡이 많아도, 심지어 밥 딜런에 별 관심이 없어도 이 앨범은 흥미롭다.
